- Start the search, find the long-list and conduct detailed screening interviews
 
- Shortlist presented to you with my comprehensive candidate commentary notes
 
- Client interviews arranged with my support
 
- Offer made to candidate / candidate agrees to join
 
- Fee levels: 18% of projected base salary (and any guaranteed benefits / bonuses) payable in three parts; commencement, provision of shortlist, offer acceptance
 
- Guarantee: in the unlikely event of a drop out for any reason within the first three months of employment we will re-run the search free of charge
